Policy
The delivery time depends on the location of the delivery address for your order.
We start counting the date of delivery from the date of confirmation of payment of your order by the financial institution or clearing your bank slip and after confirmation of your registration details.
In the case of payment through bank transfer, the confirmation period can take up to 3-4 working days. Some climatic factors or adverse situations can interfere with the delivery of your purchases. In such cases, check for strikes, stoppages or accidents in your locality.

Exchanges
and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you have 15 business days from the date you receive the selected product to initiate a return.
When the return request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the return details.You are responsible for shipping the items to Araucana, including shipping fees. If you receive a wrong product or one that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us [email protected].
In order for the exchange or refund to be processed, all items in the original order must be shipped. The exchange or refund will be issued after the package is received by the return center.
How you process your refund will depend on your original payment method.
